Brenna's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts across multiple jurisdictions. She has extensive experience representing businesses in a wide array of subject areas, including claims involving banking, class actions, intellectual property, shareholder disputes, employment, vendor disputes, consumer protection, and torts. She has served as second chair in three trials, all of which resulted in favorable verdicts for her clients, and has successfully argued dispositive motions and drafted appellate briefs. Brenna also frequently represents clients in arbitration before FINRA, AAA, and JAMS.
