Q&A Expand All Collapse All What types of clients do you represent? I represent a variety of businesses, ranging from established electrical utilities to product manufacturers to poultry processors and start-up software companies. What previous experiences, prior to your work at Balch, influence your practice? Before coming to Balch, I served a one-year term as a law clerk in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Alabama. Serving as a law clerk to federal trial court judge required me to help manage both his civil and criminal docket, prepare first drafts of orders and opinions, and assist with hearings and trials. This provided me with valuable insight into how to best serve clients in federal court.
