Sam Gregory concentrates his practice on all aspects of construction law, business litigation, and appellate work. As a member of the Construction Group, Sam assists clients across a broad range of construction-related issues. This includes advising clients on front-end issues, such as contract negotiations and licensing requirements, and litigating and arbitrating construction-defect and payment disputes. In addition to his construction practice, Sam regularly handles a variety of business litigation matters, including cases involving trusts and fiduciaries, landlord-tenant law, contract disputes, evictions, eminent domain, antitrust, financial services, class actions, personal injury defense, and the Mississippi Consumer Protection Act. Sam also focuses on appellate work and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Appellate Practice Section of the Mississippi Bar. He has successfully appealed cases in state and federal court and has a niche practice handling tax appeals. While attending law school, Sam externed for United States District Court Judge Daniel P. Jordan and was a research assistant to Professor Victoria Lowery, Appellate Advocacy.
