Samuel regularly defends clients in securities litigations and government investigations. Public companies, individuals, and investment banks seek Samuel’s representation in connection with criminal and regulatory investigations conducted by the U.S. Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, the Federal Trade Commission, and the New York County District Attorney’s Office. In line with our firm’s commitment to social responsibility, Samuel maintains an active pro bono practice. He has represented clients in immigration matters and federal habeas actions. He is also a member of our Diversity and Inclusion Council. Before joining our firm, Samuel was an associate at a national law firm.
