Chet Campbell is an intellectual property litigation attorney in the Boston office of Fish & Richardson P.C. Chet specializes in patent litigation at the U.S. International Trade Commission and in U.S. district courts. Chet has broad experience litigating cases beginning with strategic evaluations at the pre-suit diligence phase, through discovery, trial, and appeal. Chet's practice encompasses a range of technologies, including mobile electronic devices, remote radio control systems for mobile electronic devices, optical fibers, semiconductors, anti-piracy software, dynamically-generated web applets, graphical user interfaces for trading commodities, medical devices, and aerogel insulation materials. He has represented large and small clients across the country and has extensive experience in both competitor suits and large joint defense groups.
Prior to joining Fish, Chet interned for the Honorable Haldane R. Mayer of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Before law school, Chet worked as a computer science teaching assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology.
