Excylyn J. Hardin-Smith '06

Excylyn Hardin-Smith is an associate in the New York office of Fish & Richardson P.C. Excylyn's practice focuses primarily on patent litigation and she has experience litigating patents in the fields of biotechnology, medical devices, financial services and computer software. She also has commercial litigation experience in qui tam and false claims act cases. Her experience spans various phases of litigation and includes discovery management, motion practice, pre-trial preparation and trial. Excylyn also has broad e-discovery experience, including management of large-scale reviews with large attorney teams and implementation of analytics to cull large volumes of data and expedite review. In addition to her work for her clients, Excylyn has maintained an active pro bono practice focused on criminal justice, employment law, civil rights, voting rights and women's rights.
