Alexander Marx is a Partner in the Ontario office and is a member of the firm's Commercial Litigation and Employment Law practice groups. Mr. Marx has a diverse litigation practice which includes transportation law, employment law, wage and hour misclassification defense, PAGA matters, Labor Commissioner hearings, business litigation, provisional remedies and attachment, class action defense and CAFA, and breach of contract matters. He has experience in complex litigation in both federal and state court, as well as ADR proceedings. His transactional experience includes business entity formation and dissolution and drafting key contracts, and arbitration agreement drafting. In addition, he has experience in general business litigation, real estate litigation, commercial landlord/tenant litigation, fraud litigation, corporate entity dissolution litigation, privacy breach litigation, and securities regulatory compliance and SEC investigations.
