Joseph B. Warden '09

Joseph Warden is a principal in the Delaware office of Fish & Richardson P.C. Joseph's practice focuses on patent and commercial litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. His experience spans a variety of technologies, including life sciences, medical devices, computer software, and electronics. Joseph has extensive courtroom experience, including giving opening statements, examining and cross-examining fact and expert witnesses at trial, and arguing case dispositive motions. He has tried cases in courts across the country, including the Northern District of California, the District of Delaware, the Eastern District of Virginia, and the Delaware Court of Chancery. Joseph previously clerked for the Honorable Kent A. Jordan on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
