Sam brings both law firm and in-house experience to bear for his clients in trademark and copyright practice. Uly Samuel Gunn is counsel in the Trademark & Copyright Group. He focuses his practice on trademark and copyright enforcement, litigation, prosecution, and counseling. Most recently, Sam worked for a large private company in the diverse areas of consumer retail tableware, professional food service, apparel fiber, machine learning and data analytics, packaging and cellulose, agricultural chemicals, industrial chemical refining, transport logistics, and building glass. Sam received his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Duke University School of Law, where he was elected to the Order of the Coif. During law school, Sam served on the editorial board of the Duke Law Journal. Sam also received the Faculty Award for Intellectual Property & Technology Law. Sam received his B.A. in English and A.B.J. in journalism from the University of Georgia.
