Matthew Adler is an experienced antitrust lawyer whose practice focuses on merger clearance, counseling, compliance, and antitrust litigation. He regularly practices before the Department of Justice and the Federal Trade Commission. Mr. Adler has counseled clients through complex and vigorously challenged transactions, including multiple mergers involving remedies to facilitate clearance.
