Q&A Expand All Collapse All What type of matters do you work on most often? I work most often on property damage or dispute and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act cases. What do you find most exciting about your work? I love the competition inherent in litigation. Although many cases eventually settle by mutual agreement, the underlying premise remains—you will beat them, or they will beat you. I very much prefer the former. Which Courts or agencies do you most often appear before on behalf of your clients? I appear most often in the state circuit courts and the federal district courts of Alabama. How are you involved in your community? I am an active member of the Walking Horse Association of Alabama, which, among other things, sponsors Tennessee Walking Horse shows throughout the state of Alabama to raise money for local charities.
