Morgan Mayne works on a range of intellectual property matters, with an emphasis on complex patent litigation in U.S. district courts and the International Trade Commission (ITC). Ms. Mayne has litigated a wide variety of technologies, including telecommunications, cellular, software security, and flash memory technology. She also has conducted numerous inter partes review proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. In addition to patent litigation, Ms. Mayne has experience in preparing and prosecuting patent applications relating to various technologies, including software, financial services, cryptocurrency, telecommunications, and semiconductor and other electronics hardware, as well as mechanical structures.
