Jason P. Brown '08 ^🔗

Jason P. Brown is an experienced associate who practices primarily in the fields of wage and hour class action and trade secrets litigation. Jason has practiced in New York and New Jersey, and currently focuses his practice in California. While Jason's practice applies in every industry, he regularly works with clients in construction, logistics, financial services, home health and senior care, and tech and startups. Jason also has worked with companies in agtech and agribusiness, offshore drilling, airlines, and many other industries. Jason has served as lead employment counsel on M&A teams for contract review, job classification analysis and review, risk assessments, talent retention, and restrictive covenant drafting and review. In addition to civil litigation, Jason is adept at handling California administrative actions, arbitrations, pre-litigation settlement negotiations, and mediations.
