James N. Sebel '15

James is an associate in the Licensing, Strategic Partnering and Commercial Transactions group. James specializes in corporate partnering, strategic alliances, technology protection, and licensing and commercialization of intellectual property and technology assets. Before joining Gunderson, James practiced at the Boston office of Fish & Richardson, where he represented high tech companies at trial and appellate levels in patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret litigations. In law school, James worked as a student attorney at the Harvard Cyberlaw Clinic at the Berkman Klein Center for Internet & Society where he assisted start-ups and non-profits in intellectual property licensing and privacy matters and served as Executive Editor of the Harvard Journal of Law and Technology.
