Erin Alper '09

Erin Alper is of counsel in the Atlanta office of Fish & Richardson P.C. Her practice emphasizes intellectual property litigation, including patent and trade secret litigation as well as antitrust litigation in cases involving intellectual property rights. Her practice covers a range of technologies in venues across the country, including the ITC. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Alper worked in the law department of McKesson Corp. as a member of the technology legal group.
