Isaac's practice focuses on complex life insurance & annuities litigation, and disputes related to software licensing and software implementation. Isaac represents insurers in declaratory judgment actions seeking to have stranger-originated life insurance (STOLI) policies declared void ab initio. He also represents insurers in other cases involving complex policyholder claims. In addition to representing life insurance carriers, Isaac represents the estates of deceased insureds seeking to recover the proceeds of life insurance policies from STOLI investors. As part of his software practice, Isaac represents software industry clients in disputes arising from software implementations, alleged software defects, and licensing issues. He has also been retained to provide expert testimony on matters of Pennsylvania and New York commercial law in connection with Israeli legal proceedings. Prior to joining Cozen O'Connor, Isaac worked for a law firm in New York handling white collar matters and financial fraud investigations, and clerked for Chief Justice Miriam Naor of the Supreme Court of Israel.
