Andrew’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and appeals. He received his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law where he graduated as the Grand Chancellor and served as an Associate Editor for the Texas Law Review. He was awarded the Dean’s Achievement Award in Contracts, Federal Courts, Criminal Procedure, and Evidence as the top-performing student in the courses. Andrew finished his joint degree at The University of Texas by earning a Ph.D. in Philosophy. He was a law clerk for Justice Michael Massengale in the Texas Court of Appeals for the First District and Judge Gregg Costa in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. Andrew is an accomplished scholar, and before entering private practice, he was an assistant professor at the University of Alabama, Chicago-Kent College of Law, and most recently at South Texas College of Law where he was a Scholar in Residence.
