As a litigator, I am grateful to be trusted to represent my clients and thoroughly enjoy interacting and working closely with them to develop strategies, set goals, and resolve litigation matters. How are you involved in your community? Born and raised in Gulfport, Mississippi, I am passionate about the entire Gulf Coast community and the state of Mississippi. Gulfport is experiencing exponential growth and is making immense strides towards recovery in the years since Hurricane Katrina. By working directly with municipal leaders to bring investors and new businesses to our city, our community continues to thrive and bring new business and economic opportunities to the Gulf Coast. What types of clients do you represent? I represent individuals, small, privately-held businesses, and various state and federal agencies in general litigation matters, including business matters, real property litigation, statutory interpretation and application, and contract disputes. Select Matters Mississippi tidelands boundary litigation: Work with state leadership in litigating the boundary of the Public Trust Tidelands for the State of Mississippi. (Ongoing) Real estate purchase contract litigation: Assist with litigation regarding breach of a contract for the purchase of a residence. (Ongoing) State agency regulation: Assist in representation of state economic agency and the applicable regulations, statues, and guidelines for various transactions, including state and federal grants and contract negotiations. (Ongoing) Wetlands delineation litigation: Serve as counsel in disputes over a determination and delineation of a wetlands boundary on property in Mississippi. (2015-2016) Business contract litigation: Serve as counsel in dispute over limited liability in a company's operating agreement and purchase agreements for investors. (2015) Construction litigation: Represent contractor and construction companies involved in litigation regarding prior work performed.
