As a member of CH&'s litigation practice group, Rochelle's experience lies at the nexus of construction and employment litigation. She represents design professionals to resolve a range of conflicts from single-party disputes to complex multi-party litigation. Rochelle's work encompasses all phases of litigation, including complex contractual analysis, engaging in discovery, taking and defending depositions and trial preparation. Her background in finance and accounting allows Rochelle to recognize operational challenges and provide digestible advice from a business perspective, empowering her clients to make informed decisions.
Rochelle's practice also includes employment advice and counsel. She counsels employers on good policies and HR practices to help clients mitigate risk and prevent problems in the workplace.
