Craig A. Deutsch is a principal in the Twin Cities office of Fish & Richardson P.C. His practice focuses on patents, with a primary emphasis on defending and invalidating patents in post-grant proceedings. Mr. Deutsch has experience in both patent prosecution and patent litigation, and provides intellectual property (IP) services including drafting and prosecution of utility and industrial design subjects in the U.S. and abroad, investigation and analysis of patent validity and infringement, strategic portfolio management, and IP counseling.
Mr. Deutsch's technical experience spans a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical industries, including mobile and connected devices, electromechanical equipment, building control systems, medical devices, oil extraction and production, and consumer products.
Prior to joining Fish, Mr. Deutsch was intellectual property counsel for 3M Co., and worked as a mechanical design engineer for Honeywell International Inc.
