Compliance and regulatory issues can be some of the most onerous for health care organizations to deal with. Having trusted counsel that provides advice that not only represents the client's business position, but takes into consideration the impact of that advice on the organization from c-suite decision makers to those on the front lines is imperative. Tiffani is that counsel for health care entities across the State of Indiana and beyond. As a member of the firm's Health Care Service Group, Tiffani advises hospitals, health care systems, long-term care facilities, community mental health centers and federally qualified health care centers on regulatory compliance, federal grant management and government enforcement actions. Tiffani's considerable experience includes leading internal compliance reviews and advising on best practices to corporate officers, collaborating with state and federal prosecutors in health care fraud investigations and developing statewide training for law enforcement and social service professionals to combat health care fraud and financial exploitation through effective fiscal audits and investigations. Tiffani began her career as a prosecutor in Marion County, Indiana. She went on to serve in the Medicaid Fraud Control Units of the Minnesota Attorney General's office and the Office of the Indiana Attorney General. In her most recent position at a public health care system in Indianapolis, in addition to her role as senior counsel, she oversaw the fiscal management of more than 140 federal, state, and private foundation grants, totaling more than $60 million in funds. As a mother of three young boys, Tiffani knows the value of service to the children in her community. She devotes her free time to organizations that affect change and provide support to children through action and leadership.
