Henry Long practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, strategic-growth and private equity. Henry is active in M&A transactions for public and private companies and represents both buyers and sellers in mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, stock sales, international and cross-border transactions, and leveraged buy-outs. In addition, he often handles purchase agreements (asset, stock, membership interest), LLC agreements, and related ancillary documentation. Henry’s clients include companies as well as private equity and venture capital investors in numerous industries, including technology, financial technology, healthcare technology, business process outsourcing, and manufacturing. In addition to M&A and corporate finance work, he often assists clients with general corporate counseling, tax, venture capital, and securities law compliance matters. Immediately prior to joining MMM, Henry served as in-house senior corporate counsel at an industry-leading public company for six years, and previously worked as an associate in priviate practice with two AmLaw 200 firms.
