Moses Singer, a mid-sized NYC law firm with a nationally recognized banking practice, seeks a lawyer with five – seven years’ experience in banking transactions, to work on lending, letter of credit and other transactions for financial institutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in drafting, negotiating, and closing domestic and international financing transactions (both syndicated and bilateral, secured, and unsecured) and a strong knowledge of the UCC and Bankruptcy Code. Experience in trade finance or fund finance (e.g., lending against capital commitments or subscriptions for capital) is a plus. This position has great potential for advancement within an active and expanding practice group.
