The ideal candidates would have experience (2-5 years) in one or more of the following areas: structuring, documentation and negotiation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders, including senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt transactions; acquisition financings; and loan workouts. Candidates with leveraged finance experience, particularly in the context of mergers and acquisitions, are preferred. Compensation is based upon the roles and responsibilities of the position, the experience and education of the applicant and/or employee and is aligned with internal pay equity within Kirkland & Ellis LLP itself. The hiring salary range for this position is between $225,000 and $345,000. These figures are not representative of the full compensation range for this position.
