Harness IP, an established intellectual property law firm ranked among the top ten patent law firms in the U.S., has an immediate opening in our St. Louis, MO office for an associate attorney with 0-2 years of experience and an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, computer science, or computer engineering. Eligibility to practice before the U.S. Patent Office and familiar with U.S. patent practice including demonstrated experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications is a plus. This position offers an opportunity to develop a varied and interesting practice preparing and prosecuting patent applications on a range of commercially significant technologies for large- and medium-sized clients from diverse industries including semiconductors, computer-related technologies, telecommunications, consumer electronics, digital image processing, and robotics.
