Faegre Drinker is actively recruiting an associate to join the Corporate practice group in any of our offices located in the United States. *Candidates must list the office in which they wish to be considered for in the requested cover letter. We are seeking candidates with two to five years of experience in corporate law, with particular experience in securities law advice and capital markets transactions. Candidates should have specific expertise in securities and capital markets—in particular, familiarity with public company reporting obligations, public securities offerings, SEC compliance and corporate governance requirements, as well as debt and equity markets transactions. The candidate must have experience advising on reporting requirements, leading due diligence teams, managing specialists, and drafting documents. The successful candidate also will have excellent writing skills, superior academics, and the ability to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision. Faegre Drinker’s Corporate Practice Group provides a full range of services to public and private companies, private equity funds and financial institutions. The anticipated initial annual salary range for someone who is hired into this position is $157,500 - $290,000. Actual initial salary may be above or below the above-identified range and will be based on the relevant skills, training, experience, and other job-related factors, including the location of where the position is filled and consistent with applicable law. The initial salary range listed above is just one component of Faegre Drinker’s total compensation and benefits package for attorneys, which includes, but is not limited to, productivity and discretionary bonuses; life, health, accident and disability insurance; and a 401(k) plan.
