The New York office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a mid-level or senior associate to join its national management-side labor and employment practice. Candidates should have a minimum of three full years of experience, along with a strong interest in, accessibility and disability accommodation laws/regulations (e.g., Titles I, II, and III of the ADA, the Rehabilitation Act, and equivalent state/local laws) and knowledge of public accommodation accessibility issues (for both brick and mortar and digital entities), including specific experience with litigations, regulatory (DOJ) investigations, advocacy group interactions, and work involving compliance counseling, policies, and training is also required. Experience with Title III of the ADA is required.
