The Minneapolis office has an immediate need for an Intellectual Property Litigation associate with a minimum of 2 years of experience with patents and related complex technology litigation. A technical degree (e.g., electrical engineering, computer science/engineering, chemistry, biology, biomedical engineering), significant experience handling substantive patent issues, and the ability to learn underlying technology are strongly preferred. Candidates must have superior written and oral communication skills, a desire for teamwork and excellent academic credentials. They must also be comfortable working in a busy practice and with client interaction.
