The Beijing office is seeking a U.S. qualified mid-level associate to join its Mergers & Acquisitions Practice Group. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of large, international law firm experience working on sophisticated mergers & acquisitions transactions, as well as general corporate matters. Additionally, candidates should have excellent drafting and negotiations skills, superior academic background and a desire for team-work, significant responsibility and client interaction.
