Holland & Hart is seeking to hire experienced Trademark Paralegals to join our growing practice. We have opportunities available for those with experience in portfolio management/prosecution, enforcement, and/or a combination of both. This position offers the flexibility to work out of any of the firm’s offices nationally. Position Requirements: Ideal applicants will possess experience in the managing large international trademark portfolios. Specific aspects of the position include managing a trademark docket; trademark prosecution including trademark searching, preparing applications, renewals and simple office action responses; managing foreign enforcement matters and corresponding with foreign counsel. Candidates should also have experience in coordinating powers of attorneys and obtaining legalization of documents, chain of title assessment and clean-up and other due diligence matters. Excellent computer skills are critical and experience with database management is desirable. Experience with docketing software and electronic file management is a plus. The ideal candidate should be very detail oriented, energetic and eager to learn, with excellent communication and organizational skills, and must enjoy working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment. Salary Range: As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Act, Holland & Hart is providing a good faith salary range for paralegals positions that may be based in Colorado. The compensation range for paralegals in Colorado is $33.33 - $51.28 per hour based on a 37.5-hour work week. Paralegals are eligible to receive overtime and a discretionary bonus may be available based on performance.
