We are seeking an associate inlaw school class years 2016 to 2020 to join our respected law firm defenseteam. Ideal candidate should have a strong interest in and/or prior exposureto law firm defense matters, including claims for legal malpractice and breachof fiduciary duty and defense of disqualification motions. Our firm has abroad, cutting-edge law firm defense practice, representing law firms in stateand federal courts across the country. District court or appellate courtclerkship preferred but not required. Primary responsibilities includeresearching and drafting motions and briefs, participating in all aspects ofdiscovery, case/client management, mediation and arbitrations, and trialpractice.
