The Milan office Corporate practice areas cover: Corporate/M&A Equity Capital Markets Commercial Private equity Real Estate TMT The applicant must have experience in the Corporate practice of an Italian or international law firm, the desire to work within an international environment of excellence, where he/she will have the opportunity to collaborate in the most interesting deals with the highest calibre of lawyers. As part of a global and large practice, teamwork is vital and you will often work alongside with colleagues in our overseas offices. Key requirements: Excellent academic credentials from an Italian University (please attach to the application); Newly qualified; Experience on Corporate matters within a top tier firm; Business development and networking attitude and organizational skills; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Proficiency level in English; Knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
