Funds & Securities Attorney

Lathrop GPM is actively seeking a qualified attorney with a minimum of three years of experience in securities and private investment fund formation to join our growing Business Transactions practice group. The preferred candidate will have experience or a strong interest in working with public companies, startups, founders, and venture capital firms in company formation, corporate governance and securities law, angel investments, and venture capital financings. This position offers continued professional development and support of personal practice growth through client development initiatives, and can be based out of our Chicago, Kansas City, Minneapolis, St. Louis or St. Cloud office(s). The successful candidate will have strong academic credentials, exceptional analytical and writing abilities, and outstanding interpersonal skills.
