Seyfarth Shaw LLP seeks a highly qualified Corporate attorney with at least five years of experience in Real Estate Securities, specifically in capital markets, securities offerings, and offering memoranda. Ideal candidates will have experience representing issuers, sponsors, financial institutions, and investors in planning, negotiating, and executing complex capital markets transactions. Candidates should have a high level of initiative and engagement, an entrepreneurial attitude, a willingness (and the confidence) to engage directly with clients and opposing counsel, and a demonstrable commitment to becoming a partner. We require sophisticated analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Must be admitted to the state bar of their resident office within six (6) months of hire. Applicants could be resident in our Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, or Houston offices.
