The successful candidate will help represent public utilities before state and federal regulatory agencies and appellate courts. Any interested candidate should have 0-3 years of experience, with a background or interest in litigation, appellate practice, regulatory compliance, administrative law, and energy law. Top academic credentials and exceptional research, writing, analytical, and communication skills are required.
