Qualified candidates will have five or more years’ experience doing corporate, finance and securities law deals, including venture capital and private equity financings, debt financings, mergers & acquisitions and SPAC deals, from both the company/issuer and the investor/acquiror perspective. In addition to relevant experience, qualified candidates will be self-starters with great writing, quantitative and client management skills, and will have strong academic credentials and prior law firm experience.
