THE DAY-TO-DAY: As an associate or counsel in the Corporate Department, you’ll have the opportunity to work on interesting, challenging, and groundbreaking cases in collaboration with senior attorneys. YOU HAVE: 6+ years of broad corporate transactional experience Experience in complex commercial transactions including tech transactions, licensing and distribution transactions and procurement contracts and long-term supply arrangements The ability to independently manage documentation and components of transactions Experience supervising, mentoring and inspiring junior associates Top law firm experience preferred, and a combination of law firm and in-house experience will be considered Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills Candidates must be admitted to the Bar of the state for which they are applying or meet the requirements to waive in We offer a collegial environment and an excellent opportunity to continue to develop strong skills and grow with a national firm.
