The Corporate Group at Pryor Cashman LLP is seeking an associate from law school years 2018-2020 with experience in securities and capital markets work, including public and private offerings, public company representation and SEC reporting, M&A, and general corporate work. The successful candidate should have an exceptional work ethic, a strong academic record, and experience at an Am Law 200 law firm. The candidate should expect regular and direct partner and client contact and should be willing to assume increasing responsibility. NY Bar admission is required. The Corporate Group’s transactional experience encompasses all types of domestic and international corporate matters, from private placements and public offerings of securities to transnational mergers and acquisitions to complex joint ventures. Spanning a wide variety of industries (including media and entertainment, technology, financial services, pharmaceutical, etc.), we represent institutional and entrepreneurial clients, from startups to Fortune 500 companies, with a special focus on companies in the middle market. Salary: $235,000 - $265,000.
