Candidates should be comfortable with direct client exposure, including acting in an outside general counsel role. Experience working with the creative services, advertising, and social media industries is a plus. Superior academic credentials, excellent communication skills, and a passion for advising on novel and innovative deals are fundamental. Associates are paid an annual salary based on the individual’s Class Year. Class Year is determined by the individual’s years of experience since graduating from law school as well as years of experience in a related field of work. The Firm’s current pay range for associates who have between four and six years of experience is $240,000 to $275,000.
