The Denver office of Arnold & Porter seeks a mid-level associate (2019 - 2021) with experience in M&A work. Qualified candidates must have a minimum of three years of experience in corporate transactional work, specifically in M&A. In addition, candidates should have strong drafting and negotiating skills, strong teamwork skills, and the ability to independently manage components of deals. Our deal teams are structured within the Corporate & Finance practice group to allow associates to assume more responsibility and receive a high level of partner and client contact. Our collegial and collaborative group is comprised of team players who are supportive, flexible, and invested in helping associates craft a tailored career path. Applicants must currently be licensed, or eligible to become licensed, to practice law in the state of Colorado. The salary range for this position in Denver is $260,000 to $365,000, commensurate with experience. Eligibility for an hours-based bonus available.
