The Opportunity Paul, Weiss is seeking class of 2028 law students with a demonstrated interest in Patent Litigation to join our 2027 Summer Program. Our dedicated Patent Litigation summer associates will work exclusively with the Patent Litigation team and will be included in all aspects of the firm’s general Summer Program including training, mentoring and social activities. Summer associates can sit in either our New York or Washington, D.C. offices. Eligibility Hard science background required. Preferred degrees include: Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics. Salary Paul, Weiss summer associates are paid an annualized salary of $225,000, prorated for the number of weeks worked.
