Clark Hill PLC is seeking a paralegal with 3+ years of experience for its Litigation business unit in either San Diego or Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will possess excellent computer skills, high-level attention to detail, superior written and oral communication skills, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience working in insurance defense is a plus. Candidates with a bachelor’s degree or a paralegal certificate will be considered. Responsibilities for this role include the following: Drafting routine correspondence and legal documents Collecting, organizing, and summarizing medical and other records including production and discovery responses Assisting with all phases of discovery and trial preparation Managing commercial litigation files from intake to settlement The salary range for this role is $65k - $105k. Salary is commensurate with experience level. Actual compensation will be influenced by various factors, including but not limited to employee qualifications, relevant experience, skill sets, training, internal equity, and market data. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
