As the position primarily involves conducting legal research, preparing memoranda of the research, drafting motions, and providing support to firm’s attorneys, excellent research and writing skills are a must. Candidates must be detail oriented and good at identifying viable arguments. The Summer Associate position is a full-time, in-person (not remote optional) paid position in the Philadelphia, PA office. Responsibilities: Perform legal research utilizing electronic sources Assist attorneys in drafting of briefs and motions Prepare research memoranda, draft pleadings, discovery and motions Help attorneys prepare for depositions and trials Analyze deposition transcripts and prepare summaries Qualifications: Completion of two years of law school. $25/HR Department: General Liability This is a full time position
