We have an opening in our Eden Prairie office for an attorney in our Corporate and Business Practice Group, with a focus on Mergers & Acquisitions and potential to work with the Sports & Entertainment Practice Group. The firm is looking for an attorney with 5 or more years of experience handling corporate matters, commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and loan transactional matters. An ideal candidate will be able to take on a project independently and usher it through to completion. The firm prefers to hire a full-time candidate, but the firm is also open to discussing a part-time or flexible work schedule for this position. Candidates should be motivated and detail-orientated individuals who are seeking an opportunity to develop as an attorney within our Corporate Practice Group, which can include gaining experience in Sports & Entertainment Law. Candidates must be admitted, or eligible to become admitted, to practice law in Minnesota. Candidates must also have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
