We are currently seeking an associate attorney with over four (4) years of experience working on structured finance transactions including securitization and other capital markets transactions. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the following areas: Knowledgeable about commercial law matters generally including the uniform commercial code, securities law and bankruptcy-related issues; Drafting complex commercial contracts including pooling and servicing agreements, administration agreements, indentures and trust agreements, among others; Ability to draft applicable legal opinions including bankruptcy opinions; Experience managing financial transactions including overseeing the work of the junior associates, drafting and preparing transaction documents and successfully closing transactions.
