Candidates must be licensed in Florida with at least 3 years of insurance/insurance coverage experience. Candidates should have strong academic credentials and excellent research and writing abilities. Top candidates will have practical case management experience in both state and federal courts, including: drafting pleadings, discovery, and motions, taking and defending depositions, and court appearances.
