This hybrid, non-practicing attorney position plays a critical role in facilitating the resolution process for conflicts of interest related to firm business. Working as part of a national team and in conjunction with firm partners and counsel, the Conflicts Attorney will conduct legal research, provide comprehensive analyses and recommendations for resolution of potential conflicts of interest and ensure potential conflicts are addressed and resolved. Facilitating the conflicts resolution process for new business, providing legal analysis of potential conflicts of interest to the Ethics Committee Chairperson and firm attorneys Researching and analyzing conflict waivers and engagement letters for consent to waive specific representations, in accordance with Rules of Professional Responsibility A minimum of three years of legal practice experience Understanding of conflicts of interest, including the Rules of Professional Conduct Pay Range for Candidates in Los Angeles: $114,000- $160,000 per year
