Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli & Tipton, LLC seeks a highly skilled and motivated attorney specializing in Commercial Real Estate, Commercial, and Business Law to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling a variety of transactional matters related to commercial real estate, business contracts, corporate governance, and general commercial law. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse clients, provide strategic legal advice, and contribute to the growth and success of our firm. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive legal guidance and representation to clients in matters related to commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and development projects. Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts and agreements, such as purchase agreements, leases, partnership agreements, and joint venture agreements. Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues pertaining to commercial real estate, business transactions, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance. Advise clients on corporate structuring, entity formation, mergers and acquisitions, and other business-related matters. Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, operations, and management, to ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks associated with commercial transactions and business operations. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and other dispute resolution proceedings related to commercial real estate and business law matters. Stay informed about relevant legal developments, industry trends, and market conditions affecting commercial real estate and business transactions. Maintain client relationships, provide exceptional client service, and foster a positive reputation for the firm in the legal community. Job Requirements: Licensed to Practice Law for at least (3-10) years. Must be Admitted in PA or NJ; Both a Plus Strong understanding of real estate transactions, contract law, and corporate matters. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
