Schwegman is seeking qualified patent attorneys having a Ph.D. in molecular biology, genetics, microbiology, immunology, biochemistry, or biotechnology. We are particularly interested in candidates with 7+years of experience in patent law with a focus on biotech. Required: JD, Ph.D., Prosecutor who has experience in opinion work, due diligence, and strategic management of patent portfolios, solid work ethic and efficiency, and solid interpersonal skills are of particular interest.   Preferred: Post-doctoral experience in fields above, PTAB proceedings or litigation experience, in-house or transactional experience, and a desire to build business.   Preferred location: Minnesota, California, Remote Attorneys at Schwegman may be exposed to technical information that may be subject to U.S. Export Control laws.
