BakerHostetler is seeking a senior level Capital Markets & Securities Associate (minimum of 8 years of experience) to join its Business Group. The candidate would work with our regional and national clients as a senior member of the Capital Markets & Securities and Corporate Governance practice team. Beyond handling sophisticated transactional matters, this role offers a unique opportunity to serve as outside counsel for the firm’s public company clients – building trust and deepening the client relationship. The salary offered in any location will be determined by a wide range of factors, including, but not limited to, experience level, education/training, geographic region, and relevant skills. Associates also participate in a performance- and hours-based bonus program. For Cleveland, OH and Denver, CO, the expected annual salary range for this position is $260,000 - $280,000.
